27 universities seek last minute fees change

here Anyone know how we can find out which ones they are?

well, it will be universities from the Million+ Universities group who went for fees above £7500 and some of the 1994 group who did same and who feel nervous about getting enough AAB students. It will not be Russell Group universities, as they are confident of getting enough AAB students to up their numbers.
