When an accident on the M1 causes the motorway to be closed, ignorant motorists start using the hard shoulder in order to get to their destination faster. This of course then gets blocked with stationary cars, preventing the emergency services getting through. This man gets out of his van and interviews the drivers around him, including those who are blocking the lane. An excellent piece of on-the-spot journalism for someone who surely has a career in this field ahead of him.
