I suspect the timing of her arrest is significant - before she was due to answer questions which would have included questions about the police being paid to give information. Now she cannot answer such questions as it is part of an investigation and she's been arrested as part of it.

Yes, agree that she presumably can't now give evidence to Parliament. Clever coppers.

When you take that timing was significant it looks liek there are more heads to roll.

They are just delaying it hoping that it stops before bigger fish gets caught.
