Was nobody scandalised by the NOTW spin off?

I think something equally despicable was the way all the TV news programs shamelessly used the video of Milly Dowler and then the blown up bus from 7/7 in every bulletin. Haven't the family and friends suffered enough without having rammed down their eyeballs every hour? Then they used video from Wooton Basset. If there are any people who don't know about them, running these clips aren't going to enlighten them much but it will upset those close to the victims.

Not scandalised at all. It's traditional to illustrate a story about a story with pictures of the original event. Stills and footage of the NOTW offices in Wapping would have got very boring visually.

So was pictures of a murdered girl and a blown up bus where many people lost their lives.
