April Fools?

What were the April Fools in the news? I've been away and missed it all.

I missed it too! Just disconnected our tv aerial a couple of weeks ago so am very much out of the loop. BBC ones are normally good.

Last year I thought that one about the volcano in iceland was an April fool but it was real

Erm, the ones I can remember off the top of my head are:

Richard Branson buying Pluto and reinstating its planetary status.

Erm....Facebook closing down. Judging by the number of calls our local radio station got and the number of friends who put in their contact details in their FB status, that got a lot of people!

New Scientist claimed that masturbation calms restless leg syndrome.....i was unsure so had to find out for myself.....several times!

Google did Google Motion which was very funny until some smart arse with more spare time than they should have developed

Virgin Pluto - LOL

Did Google Motion record the user's antics and email them as video? (I'm on iPhone so struggling to follow the links.)
