And the worse bit about this is, that there are people out there who have chosen to disappear.

This will give their families something extra to worry about.

The DNA whilst disgraceful is understandble, but how oh how you not notice that one of the slots in your morgue has a permanent body in it.

How horrible. Agree more should have been done to identify him - 2 years in a morgue whilst his poor family hoped he was still alive..

This has raised even more unanswed questions though. Very odd about the shoe laces isn't it and being found out at sea? And why do people just leave when they seemed happy at home? It must be agony for his family.

That is so horrible for the poor mother, two whole years of hope gone. I'm also wondering why no one noticed the body was there for 2 years without being claimed or laid to rest? Surely there would then have been a realisation that the DNA test hadn't been done.

I just feel for his family and what they must be going through now.
