Olympics Tickets

Is anyone applying for Olympics tickets?

I don't know how many sessions to apply for as I have no idea how likely I am to get tickets.

I only want to go to one event to give my kids the experience of a lifetime but would like to give myself a good chance of getting one set of tickets.

Any thoughts? What are you planning to do?

i have applied for 3 events swimming, athletics and basket ball to be honest being ant any of the events will be a experince of a life time i would bid for some other lesser sports just in case so you can still go

I am planning to apply for some less popular sports (or sport), just to maximise chances of being there. Think will reserve the "best" events for viewing on TV, as will see more there I think.

I had intended to apply for several things, but since I found out that, if you are successful at everything you apply for, you will end up with a bill for everything (that's my understanding). So just going for one or two events.

Really just to experience being there and part of it, more than seeing the actual sport. And of course want the DCs to be part of it too. That's the main selling point for me.
