Yep. But he's still on bail. I wonder why ;)

meditrina · 07/03/2011 12:05

The link says he's been released from bail without charge.

withagoat · 07/03/2011 12:49

Gah. Had heard a scurrilous rumour

franke · 07/03/2011 12:52

Poor man. Hope he gets left alone now.

kreecherlivesupstairs · 07/03/2011 15:25

I think he's been really badly mistreated by a lot of people. He is unusual looking which is no excuse.
I also saw his flat was up for sale.

fizzyliftinggas · 07/03/2011 15:27

I thought it had already been determined he had nothing to do with it months ago when they charged that neighbour? Confused really should watch more news!

Pagwatch · 07/03/2011 15:29

It's such a surprise isn't it. Fancy his being uninvolved when he looked all weird and shit. He was a great suspect - gave people 'creepy feelings' when they looked at him and everything.
This is so disappointing.
People will start saying you can't spot a paedo because they look shifty next.

Poor guy. His life is probably ruined with the stupid 'no smoke without fire' mentality. Barbaric

Violethill · 07/03/2011 18:39

Where are all those heartless gossips who commented on here back in December that of course they suspected the landlord all along, because he has long straggly hair and an unorthodox manner??

IngridBergmann · 07/03/2011 18:46

Here! Here we are! Smile Actually just one of me.

No, I wasn't actually - but I thought it was reasonable to consider him as a suspect purely on the grounds that he had changed his story and had keys to the flat.

Not because he looked weird. Anyway I'm glad he's been exonerated, if that's the word.

Violethill · 07/03/2011 18:48

If it's reasonable to suspect a landlord of murder on the grounds that he has keys to his properties, then there should be some very worried landlords around Hmm
