Interesting. Now I know what an emo vampire troll is.

Maybe I am of a cynical nature but I am always suspicious of anyone who comes on mumsnet with a dramatic as-it-happens story.

I am of the opinion that there are enough people who need support in Real Life then to give time supporting attention seekers on the internet.

Very intersting and well measured article imo.

I am very glad though that they used the most recent example and not CVQ, though.

This is not a new thing. Especially on here. There has been a poster who died and her "friend" posted on her account. It's just a different kind of troll.

It is such a shame as there must be genuine people who are then accused of being trolls.

There are always attention seekers out there. But at the same point how awful if you are going through some crap and then get fingers pointed at you in a witch hunt.
