I think they mean norks. Bless them - it's like children mispronouncing words and thinking they're really clever :o

I know the Grauniad and Observer are supposed to be 'sister' papers but in reality I believe, there isn't much love lost between them, hence my being slightly surprised by this.

& the poster is NorkybutNice - of course - how could they get it so wrong???

where does all this come from??? There hasn't been a survey for years has there? & when there was one it was self-selecting & pretty small iirc yaddayadda (if there's been been one recently I missed it ).

Yes I was very about that 75% figure in particular. Because it's absolute bolleaux as far as I can tell. 50% I can believe.
