Very srange. How can a grown woman see similarities between herself and aphot of a new born baby. More to this than meets the eye.

I believe they have soft wear which ages phtographs. So it might have been a photograph of an older child,teenager or even adult

wow! just watched the video clip, and carlina says she couldnt see herself in the pic, but she could see her daughter.

I love this story, she saw the aged photo and the dates matched, so had DNA test to confirm it. She didn't fall into it willy nilly.
Besides, she would have had photos of herself as a baby, and she was searching fo rmissing children reports. How awful to discover that the woman who raised you kidnapped you though!

The last 23 years of the Carlina's parents must have been the worst years of their lives not having to cuddle their child and watch her as she grows. As a baby, Carlina White was abducted from NY City's Harlem Hospital, reportedly by a woman who posed as a nurse. The date was Aug. 4, 1987. Over twenty years later on January 4, 2011, White - who had been living with the name Nejdra Nance - made contact with a female she soon learned was her birth mother, reports the Associated Press. This came many years after Carlina White's kidnapping investigation had gone cold.

This was an amazing story, I cannot imagine what the real mother went through after all that time. She must have thought her baby was dead.

Will be interesting to see what happens to the kidnappers.
