I just can't believe an MP could think it OK to cheat the public out of money like that. Especially while 'working' as an MP!
I know loads of them were at it, but I don't see how the culture of pinching was allowed to develop or indeed survive. Surely there should have been one whistle-blower amongst all our elected representatives? Why did it take the Telegraph to blow the whole thing wide open?
