Well, somebody has leaked this possibility and got a nice fat splash of publicity... I will eat my sandwich if this actually happens.

Did someone spike my coffee this morning? am I really reading that correctly?,

I'm waiting for the monitor to start melting and all the little elves to escaping, but it's not happening.

"I will eat my sandwich if this actually happens" - I am so stealing that line!

It just seems such an odd thing to leak, never mind do. I know they say there's no such thing as bad publicity, but really?

yes, it certainly removes that low-level guilt I feel at not listening to the Today programme. If it's merging with OK, why bother?

cornflakegirl · 23/11/2010 13:22

Yes, they've definitely dropped in my estimation. (I will, however, keep listening, although possibly not over Christmas.)

Check date - nope not April 1st - what are they thinking?? And no-one please come up with some crap about what a great business woman she is and how she's quite intelligent really blah blah blah - sorry just no.

But surely if Katie Price and John Humphrys collide the world will implode? It's Radio 4 for chrissake ... where we like listening to bird-watching, questions about gardening, 50-year-long soaps & cataloguing the history of the world in 100 objects. Groan Sad

I always find the guest editors very refreshing. They pick subject areas which are not normally covered at that time of day. As far as I remember, the editor suggests topics and then experienced journalists research and present the item. I'm guessing Ms Price may want to commission something about maintaining cordial relationships with the other parent of your children, or bringing up a disabled child or showjumping.

Was Kermit the frog not available? Hmm

SpotSplatterSplash · 26/11/2010 20:20

Maybe they meant she'd be ghost editing it?

Chil1234 · 27/11/2010 07:25

@LornMowa... I really hope you were being sarcastic.

ilovehens · 29/11/2010 14:38

She's just a pair of ( . )( . )

What's she gonna talk about?
