That is really sad- I hope they find their parent/s quickly and get them the help they need. They must also be pretty unwell to do that.

There are some comments on this article where someone explains that it is a case of domestic violence and does not look like the kids were just abandoned.

How awful, if that is true then the mum is in real danger.

This is dreadful - the Mums keys & handbag were left in the buggy & they think she has been kidnapped by violent ex-P. Really hope this woman is found safe & well v soon.

they have found them haven't they, says on the BBC that the kids are with family and the parents will be interviewed soon.
