Public Libraries are a statutory service, but someone seems to have forgotten. All around us libraries are being closed and the service substantially reduced.

I have permission from the Artist for the cartoon to be circulated, posted on websites and placed in the media.
There is no charge involved, as my only motivation is to let everyone who is trying to save libraries use it.

A local library is an invaluable resource, invaluable.

In this day and age, it's hard to think of any statutory service that is quite so inclusive. No preachy PC stuff, just a very long standing and genuine commitment to life long learning and enjoyment.
