well done skippyjonjones, was going to link this myself. personnaly i am outraged by this.
first off; they get rid of quangos and give the jobs to their friends instead?
secondly; their friends get all the cash for a scheme that no one really wants, a scheme only a few kids may or may not even benefit from...it is beyond stupidity, especially when normal school bugets are being cut.
it is a joke, I am so very, very worried about the quality my childrens education disappearing before their very eyes.
