'The Mumsnet Crowd' not being used positively in this context, I suspect. Like something 'incensing the Animal Rights Crowd' suggests a knee-jerk reaction. From what I've seen on MN everything from David Cameron's face to shiny boots for 3 year-olds is guaranteed to 'incense the Mumsnet Crowd'
