rest in peace little one...

Toothache · 08/09/2005 13:32

They have found the Mother. A 15 year old girl. They don't know what happened though, whether he died naturally or whether he was dumped alive.... or whether she murdered him.

Toothache · 08/09/2005 13:34

Should also point out that she went to the police voluntarily, so by that I would assume he maybe died naturally and she panicked. So SO sad.

lunarx · 08/09/2005 13:34

well, unless she's a very tough girl.. she will likely break under the pressure of the police questioning.. and hopefully the truth will come out. ..no doubt though, she is scared..

sigh....

Fund started to lay baby to rest Sep 7 2005

A shocked community has launched a fund to pay for the funeral of a baby boy whose body was discovered in a duck pond.

The remains of the infant, who was five to seven days old, were found in a bag by three 11-year-old girls in Alexandra Park in Glasgow's Dennistoun area. Residents have set up a bank account to collect donations to pay for a proper burial for the tragic child, who they have named Alexander.

Meanwhile, Strathclyde Police have refused to comment on reports that a 15-year-old girl had come forward claiming to be the mother.
