Bearing in mind there is already the ESRB rating in video games, do they really need extra legislation? And is it right to apply it to only video games rather than all other media?
Also, what is "excessive violence"?
I think people need to move away from the idea that video games are made for children, most aren't nowadays. They are aimed squarely at adults - they aren't out to corrupt minors.
