Really odd story and clever dog!

Maybe teh dog warden is keeping an eye on him to make sure he's not a hound from hell who may snap off a passing toddler's toe.

I did read ages ago about dogs being trained to sniff out cancer, so maybe there is something in it. Or maybe he was just hungry and couldn't get his owner to wake up and feed him.

going they probably think he is aggressive. Eating a part of your owner is not something most dogs are encouraged to do

However many animals can sense illness in their owners so I say Kiko is a very clever pooch and not at all aggressive.

there was a woman from around my way who fell asleep drunk and her yorkie chewed her face. he did a very good job of it too.
