Even in his mid/ late 60s he still poses a threat to women?

he has alot of hoops to jump through before it gets to the point of even discussing a release date.......

no,he's been in Broadmoor for years!!

and anyway,i think the risks would be far more likely to be attacks on him etc rather than him attacking women again
