Patio paving (Indian slate) very slippery and slimy. How to clean them?

Just that really. Looking for tips and suggestions please. I don't have a jet wash, so need so suggestions instead.

Maybe get this moved to Home and Garden as I am not sure un slipperly paving stones is a Human right

You can use Patio Magic and a stiff bristled outdoor broom.

Or borrow a jet wash? You only need them about once a year so I just borrow it off a friend who uses it to clean their car every week.

Now. Jeyes fluid and a stiff brush.
In the Spring. Wet&Forget. Expensive but worth it.
