long story I will try and keep it small talk but much help is appreciated.

Been court twice this year due to my ex partner and her mental health and the domestic abuse I received from her for years, she have left due to the court removing her from our joint tenacity agreement which we had since 2015 Me and my biological daughter and my new partner all live together we are expecting another child in march but my landlord wants me out and they want to give me notice due to under occupancy meaning we have a spare bedroom but will be used once baby born in march.
We pay full rent but this makes no difference to my landlord the council who are not private just very rude the officer is.
She also reported us to social services because I said we was unsure we were keeping the baby due to uncertainty due to us keeping our home and where we going to live. The housing officer told us we shouldn't keep a home just for a baby! Very rude and we are keeping our child we have no concerns or anything to hide from social services.
We have a lovely home I have spent lots money in here thinking we be here for life but by the looks of it we wont be please help need plenty advice we have a meeting Monday 21st August she will be handing my notice which i have refused and told them take me to court as this is unlawful in my eyes we are not trouble makers we both work but cant afford private rent or buy a home. Thank you all.
