Caffcass and courts

My ex partner has taken it upon himself to keep our child at his house and not returned her to me. There is parental alienation and I have witnesses who have seen this in action and he has admitted to the courts and caffcass that he has hit children and he was violent. Caffcass will not help me get my daughter home. There were false allegations made against me by other parties and I was not allowed to give my response to those allegations.
I was effectively silenced.
The case closed abruptly.
They have taken my child and I have been accused of things I didn’t do.
Now, almost a year later, after complaining, I have been given an opportunity to have another court hearing. I’m worried that they won’t listen to me again and that they will falsely accuse me of things that I didn’t do. They are not allowing me to have witnesses at the moment. I paid a lot of money to find out if I was allowed witnesses. I don’t understand why I’m not allowed witnesses. Does anyone know why I wouldn’t be allowed them?
They are saying that I am causing emotional harm to my child simply because I miss my child and I cried a few times at a few contact meetings. They say that is
enough to merit a recommendation of supervised contact. I have not done anything bad to my child ever.
Does anyone have a similar experience?
I would appreciate any advise.
I can’t afford advice from a solicitor so I’m hoping there might be a solicitor or anyone who can give good advice.
