Hi please can someone give me some advice.
I will try to make this very stort,
So I live in a council house, with my husband we have 3 children that don't live with us, I have a mentaly ill child self-harming alot we went though very hard times wish was hard on the 5 off us we got her help with this well sort of not really helping her much she was put In a property close to us so she could have independents but close if need wish is must days me and my husband both worked, as an out come of every day life we got behind on rent, we have been to court a few times about this matter an the court has let us keep our home, the last time we when to court we sorted out a payment plan and we have stuck by it even paying a little bit more then the court order, so we have not broken this, now council are taking us back to court showing the court missed payment by putting two payments in the month and not showing this to them we have tried to tell the court this but nobody is hearing what we are staying or looking at bank statements, don't know what to do, we have someone working on our behalf but, he's not bring this up in court we have to leave on the 6th May he's hope to get a court day for that date but I'm scared that when we finish court we won't have time to go back home before the bayliff get there, can they break in I have 2 cats 2 dogs on where to go, any feed back would be great.
