Hey, does anyone know where one would stand if someone is being publicly humiliated on social media eg Instagram and Facebook?

Where are you rights, is this allowed? What can be done to stop this

Its not going to be in your 'human rights ' its more likely to be in your legal rights

Suggest you repost in legal

Depends what the posts say. May amount to harassment or a malicious comms offence.

Mummaaon · 24/03/2019 17:00

@ShadowMane ah thanks I didn't notice a legal section x

You can report your own post and get it moved.

Mummaaon · 24/03/2019 17:04

@Finfintytint obviously they aren't my own posts. I would never publicly humiliate/bully someone
