Gender surgery swap for a prisoner on the NHS

In the telegraph today page 15..
I am appalled.. how can this be a sensible use of money, being in prison means losing some of your rights I would have thought.
Sod his human rights. What about the man he/she killed.
This country has gone mad. Don’t bother flaming me any of you soft hearted liberals. I don’t care

It's a shame the sex segregated exemptions and human rights of the women sharing prison estate with males aren't upheld.

If the NHS offers these operations they should be available to all. If you would rather the NHS not offer these services, then I suggest you start a campaign.
