I am child free till 4.30pm today and tomorrow. The house needs sorting. I want to clean today and relax tomorrow.
Every room needs a general tidy, windows cleaning and a dust and hoover.
Anybody fancy joining in then coming back to record progress?
I need to break things down to more manageable steps so so far I have:
Opened all windows
Dishes in soak
One load of washing on

You're giving me a kick up the bum to do some cleaning/tidying...thanks to you too MyDingaLing

I have...
Emptied washer and put clothes on airer
Cleaned the downstair loo, sink and windowsill.
Swept the loo floor.

Fed DD2. I'm lucky Dingaling, DD2 is very settled baby at the moment...just sleeping and feeding. I'm sure it'll get harder as she gets older! DD1 is having a nap.

I'm eating a milkybar and thinking what to do next....

MyDingaling · 08/06/2010 15:00

This is taking longer than expected!
All of the beds are remade
Sorted out all of the rubbish/toys/general crap from under DD1's bed
Cleaned DD1's window
polished and hoovered her room
Put another load of washing on

Now time to tackle the bathroom - the tiles need cleaning, what joy!!!
Hope you are managing to get some of your jobs done craving!!

That's upstairs finished!!

I think I will try to see how much of downstairs I can get done tonight after DD's have gone to bed. They both go at seven so I should be able to get a bit done!

I am going to clean the living room and dining room window before they get home.

I have...

Collected DS from school
Posted parcel and cards at post office
Bought my sister a birthday card
Started writing my list for on line shop tonight.

Now I'll do the lounge ( not that it'll stay tidy for long!)

cravingcroissants · 08/06/2010 17:08

I have...

Tidied, dusted and hoovered lounge.

Now have to make DC's tea.

I've done most of the downstairs today...upstairs will have to wait until tomorrow I think!
