need the worlds best oven gloves

please can you recommend the best, safest oven gloves that there are. mundane I know! there must be some really really good ones out there though that protect idiots like me.

Now I must tell you one thing about the oven gloves, they don't actually protect from heat if you remove the food from oven, take off gloves and then use your bare hand to lift the lid.
