am i the only one to clean the bathroom whilst the kids are in the bath?

tonight my friend was around and helped me bath my dd. As usual i gave the loo a wipe and a squirt of cleaner and proceeded to then wipe the sink, and my friend thought this was quite bizzare! Am i the only one who does this? I tried to explain that it was killing two birds with one stone, so to speak, and that always clean the loo and sink whilst bathing my dd.

i do too, just sitting there watching them is boring. though i don't vim the bath while they're in it

I do this too - multitasking - only prob is it means the bathroom gets cleaned a lot less often now I've stopped bathing the kids daily

I did when mine were small. Just seemed obvious as you've got to be there anyway.

bathroom and then my nails if it's a long one.

I give the bathroom a clean, do my nails, do my weights routine or at least read a magazine.

This was a top MN tip for me several years ago! Until I stopped cleaning the bathroom floor one day, and looked up to see Ds1 (then 4) pushing ds2 (then 2) head under the water . The floor stayed dirty for a bit after that.
