tips on getting mini babybel wax out of carpet please.

Does anyone have any advice on how to get the wax out without damaging the carpet? They are only little spots but seem very stuck in the fibers and have gone a yucky black. The carpet is a mix of wool and synthetic and it is cream and brown/orange stripes. I know... sounds gross but is actually really nice
I aqua vac but that doesn't shift it.

I think if you put brown paper on and a warm iron that works

but I'd google "removing wax from carpet" before ou take my advice!

Rub it with ice to harden and then COMB it out or pick out with finger nails.
