Aaah,I think my washing machiene is broken!

My washing mashiene keeps turning it's self off. It is full of water, I've tried skipping it on, turning it off an on etc, but it won't drain or spin.
If I open the door, I'll have water all over the floor. My daughters swim suit is in there and she needs it for school tomorrow.
If anyone knows how to sort this problem, I'd be extreamly greatful.

Well, I don't know if it's the same problem that we had, but our filter was blocked - its a little dial at the bottom somewhere. You have to pull it out (bit messy with water everywhere!) and get all the fluff and other stuff out of it.

With ours, you had to turn it anti-clockwise before you pull it out.

Thank you. I called my BIL and he did exactly as you said and it was the filter. It is now working fine, so a BIG, HUGH THANK YOU!!

I had to phone BIL as I don't even own a screw driver. I think he might be buying me a set for my birthday. Lol

Fantastic

Obviously we have had the same problem and I had to call a plumber who explained it all and showed me so I could do it next time!

So glad I could help.
