BO - how to get it out of clothes?

My favourite cardigan is honking of sweat and although I've washed it a few times in the machine I can't get rid of the smell. Anyone have tips on how I can get rid of the smell?

Are you using a bio detergent?

soak in a solution of bicarbonate of soda before washing (or sprinkle it on the affected areas and leave overnight before washing)- it gets the pong out of anything
