last week a wax candle spilled over and made a big wax pool on the carpet. So this afternoon I took some newspaper, a cloth and an iron to it and.... it removed only some of the wax and left a big black burn mark beside the wax. I'm so and ...it was a nice new-ish pale carpet and not hideable with a rug or anything like that. Any suggestions what I can do?
