why do some of my teacups and bowls crack and some never crack..??

why oh why don't they just stay pristine..?? They start getting cracks and start having dark lines, and then they eventually crack. Is it just me?? Am I doing something wrong??

why is it your best ones that do and the cheap ones that dont

i have had a beautiful denby set for years and i put them in the oven on too hot a setting. Now all the centres of the dinner plates look dark and scratched. My fault as i cant stand cold plates

YES!!!! that TOO! all my cornish blue ones crack..They are all going one by one.

my kids also throw them in the dishwasher and bash the edges so a tiny bit chips off..grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
