We had a great day yesterday pics here

I need to seriously work on the house though.

DH has the week off, so I am hoping he will take DS' brambling today and also DS1 to swimming lessons.

We both had really nasty headaches last night, but at least I managed some sleep, he on the otherhand was up till silly o'clock. So I got up with the boys at 6.30.

I will be back with my zone clean and todo list in a mo

My nose is running all the time. It's because of all the dust being created from decorating. Plus have been sorting DD's room out. Looks much better now all the toys have been sorted.

having huge battle of wills with all children (except they are now in front of telly thgd)
but have taken two for haircuts
and bought some sample pots

various tester samples hung on walls of kids bedrooms as chosen by them in paint shop

friend round with her kids for a cup of coffee, but dd in a strop about various things - think just worn out...anyway even if she's not I am
smoke alarm has gone off several times with door burning off process

A lovely veg box has arrived but can't face cooking anything in it, scrambled egg and salad for tea

Cleaned both bathrooms
Wiped down all the kitchen tops
Lunch
Dinner
3 baby items collected by freecycle people

DH managed to fix the rose arch - yippee
Mow the back and front lawn (before the rain set in and stopped play)
Took DS2 to swimming lesson

Tomorrow we are planning a trip to Leeds Ikea (for a bed, gatehead dont have in) and then on to a castle somewhere, that is after we all (4 of us) have been to ducklins - swimming

I had a really good councelling session and am really happy just being at the moment - I am trying to focus on the small things and being mindfull of the good and gratefull for my family.

Hi All

Had a brilliant BH weekend and this is the first time I've been online properly so haven't had chance to catch up much - Mad saw your blog - thats great and I love the chalkboard idea.

Taken DD bowling today as its the last day of DH's holiday before back to work - she loved it and cheered everytime she hit a skittle. Had a day and night on our own as well this weekend and managed to finally get to cinema to see The Time Travellers wife and got out for my first proper run (more or a walk with a few spurts really - I really need to try and get into it more)

Managed to get last of school uniform for nursery as well but unfortunately the house is looking like its been ransacked. Tomorrow I'm dedicating to having a blitz so that I can get it to a state where I can keep on top of it before we all go back to work/school/studying.

And i've been for back to school stuff.....for me today (I'm a stationary addict and love back to school) a great college bag, some folders, pens and pencils - I can't wait until DD is needing such things

Arrived back from our fantastic family holiday last night
Washing Machine Repair man has agreed to come sometime between 1230-3pm tomorrow
I have mountain of holiday washing- I hand washed some today & it got rained on

Sorry not read thread will try & catch up tomorrow. off to be. DH in Brussels with work today & tomorrow so just me & DD.
