The Gods of Carpet Cleaning have smiled upon me !!

For ages.... I mean ages I have been spot cleaning a landing carpet to no avail.

Used a bicarb and white wine vinegar solution on the stains and HEY PRESTO - clean and sparkly

sooooooooo thrilled (does not take much to please me these days )

Feel like I have been let in on a little secret.

thought I should share it with the group

How much of each?

no accurate measure just a cup or two of warm water a tablespoon of vinegar and bicarb.

fizzed like billy-o and off we went!!

i did check a bit of carpet first though to make sure it didn't bleach it.
