Reasonable hourly rate of pay for a cleaner in the S.E.?

What do you think? For hoovering, dusting, cleaning wood floors, sinks, bathrooms.........

It's £10 an hour round here for an individual - I think the company Molly Maids charge £12-14.

My cleaner is £7 an hour,but I gather that's very reasonable.Most people I know pay about £10 an hour.
