Hi, back from my mums for the weekend. The 60th party went fine. DH and I now have a summer cold and DS has stayed up til really late for the last 2 nights and has generally been over excited for the last 2 days. We'll see if he makes it to nursery tomorrow.

Are we having a chat page?? I seem to do more chatting than chores .

Gestate 24 weeks doing
Dishy on done

Also
Earth up potatoes
Do some exercise x 3 times a week -

Morning all . Busy day here today. Am at work tomorrow and Wednesday so have only 3 days this week to organise and tidy house for DD's christening and party that I foolishly decided to have at my house

It's also our 4th wedding anniversary on thursday and I haven't got anything for DH or any ideas of what to get him. Not too bothered about sticking 'on topic' presentwise as I can't think of anything he needs or wants in linen or electrical applicances, but only have about £30 to spend. Anyone got any idea of something to buy for a man who doesn't like sport?

All welcome Dilemma

PMPY - a book? hardback new one? biography?
or a DVD - would he like something like the Long Way Round/Down? My DH likes that.

Was planning on getting a bed for ds2 soon and wanted to get a matching one to ds1 (as they share a room) but Mothercare (in their wisdom) have stopped doing that one. have even emailed them but they have none left in stock and are not going to be re-doing them again.
grr.
now trying to get hold of a second hand one, none on Ebay at the mo. hmph.

Hello slatterns

I have been a bit of a slacker this weekend, and yesterday we were with the horses all day, one of my horses was quite naughty but we came 3rd so not too bad i suppose.

We are having quite a few people over for a BBQ on wednesday night so i have to get the house looking acceptable. No list for today, but i may be back this evening to make a list for next few days
