Hello slatterns!

No list today It was DH's last day at his current job and he had to give back his company car, so I went to pick him up at 11am this morning and we went out for lunch with DS and then did some shopping. We are also looking for a new car so that discussion has taken up a lot of the day DH has decided that he can't cope with my little runabout for more than a few days - argh.

TA - congratulations on the job!! You must be so chuffed/relieved

WME - the tent is from Jojo Maman. It is still taking up lots of our dining room, we haven't actually attempted to take it down!

Sorry if I've missed anything important, have only skim read as i've had wine and can't see entirely straight

I will go in anyway and see...and if I am not in then I shall go window shopping come home and clean

Morning Slatterns

Sorry haven't read through yet, will do it later.

Feel so angry and really should be over this feeling by now. my mum is still jumping to the defence of my little sisters selfishness and the fact that she is self centred and i'm in the wrong to not want anything to do with her and want my DD to have limited contact with her. thinking maybe I should just stay out of their lives tbh i've never been brought up the same - put it this way my sister has always been favourite. feel so

JustKeepSwimming · 27/06/2009 10:26

Muppets for you. also googled that list you gave the other day and tbh i'm amazed you get out of bed at all. you must be made of strong determined stuff, remember that

Oh and verdict on the strawberry 'chip' cupcakes:

DH ate 2!!!

so they must be good. DS1 mostly ate mixture and icing

they are good actually. i would say cut them up into small pieces and put more in than you would chocolate chips.

with some butter icing and a bit of strawberry on top of that they look fab

MuppetsMuggle · 27/06/2009 15:35

Thanks Ladies.

Feeling more cheerful this afternoon am watching a Michael Jackson Tribute on TV! I thought he was fantastic it was music I grew up with.

Well I had the letter from my consultant with my MRI results and my 2 lower discs are bulging and if the spinal physio can't fix it then I have to go for spinal injections at the new super hospital. can you imagine what the size of that needle will be

alicecrail · 27/06/2009 16:29
