Hi, everyone, Welcome audley
Just home from work! Very hot and exhausted!
EHM I gave 1 month notice to nursery not 2, the letter took 5 mins to type SO WHY didn't I do it last month!!!!I looked at my diary and I was gardening cleaning house and drinking wine instead. I still have to write them another letter in protest as I've been a good client for 4 1/2 years.
Question to all When in the mission is paperwork done? I will have do paper work religiously from now on.
I'll pop back later for the answer going to have my cuppa with my lovely ds. Laters

evening all, am impressed at how many of you are involved in school activities, i have neevr done any with ds . when he first started school i childminded 6 days a week and the school he is at now already had all organised and can be v. cliquey to get into when you start a couple of years in so i havent bothered. i will make more of an effort when dd starts school

star i think paperwork is supposed to be scheduled into the weekly routine somewhere, i try and do mine on a monday morning each week.

SimplyIsATalentedBuzzard · 16/06/2009 21:36

EHM Hello! Yes, I've changed my name! I got miffed a week or so ago when I saw and advert on the tv using my name so I renamed myself A Buzzard And A Cow Called Talent as that's what I saw when I walked my dog that day. To make it easier, though, I've just changed it again.

scatty You're welcome. The Travelodge sales are well worth a look and it's good to be signed up to receive advance notification by e-mail. Our de Vere hotel for £10 a room last Dec was a bargain. I couldn't get the website to play ball and accept 2 adults and 2 kids in one room (maybe it's because my teenagers are too old for the small beds, I can't remember) so I booked one room for dh and ds and another for dd and I. I think the breakfast was £7.50 per adults and kids (poss up to the age of 15) ate free with a paying adult each. It was a good brekkie, too.

Right. I've got someone coming to do some work in the house at 8am tomorrow so I'd best go and finish clearing the rooms they'll be in.

Nos da pawb. Good night all. Gwelwch chi 'fory. (I think that's right). See you tomorrow!

Starbear · 16/06/2009 23:58

dylsmum Started some today. Cancelled nursery D/D today. Will work out what I owe them and send them a cheque on 1st July.
Mowed the lawn (for therapy really)
Got the washing in
DH folded and put clothes away (love him)
Think I'll do paperwork on Tuesdays after work so I can share with you lovely people and tick it all off on Tuesdays thread.
This week I need to do course pre-read, a bit nervous about it!
Good night everyone
