I've forgotten the rules and am about to tackle the second lot of crap that DH has brought down from the loft.

I want to be completely ruthless.

How do the rules go?

Don't forget the 15 minute rule (flylady).

Set a timer for 15 minutes and just DO a bag say.

NOW.

I find this really hard to enforce because I would love to have a block of time and really get through it all but she's right you know.

Also don't get out more than you can put back quickly (ie don't empty out a whole wardrobe, just do a shelf at a time).

Otherwise you will end up with piles all over the bedroom floor, which will still be there tonight when you go to bed, because you will have been called away for some domestic emergency and not been able to finish.

Let us know how you get on!

I've got 4 weeks to sort through EVERYTHING!

So start NOW - go on, 15 minutes, then 15 mins on MN, and then back to it again.

SET your timer.

Expect a report back later saying you have done at least 2 15 minute slots.
