Morning all

Goodness you've all been busy!

Decided since it was so nice would bundle all the kids and their books along with a packed lunch into the car and go to a park. Girls spent a little while on their workbooks then played for a few hours in the park whilst I read my book. Lovely and sunny but a very cold wind.

Going to prepare dinner, go to the bank then finish reading my book! Lazy day today. Girls are making plaster magnets and painting them so that will keep them quiet for a while.

Yes I am doing the demo for her! I've just started as a nappy agent doing demo's locally.

House is a little better.

I'm sorry if I seem to be ignoring everyone, once I get a little more into flying again I shall try to absorb more.

I've been swimming (an hour and a half!)
Put away sainsburys delivery
Eaten (a huge) lunch

And am now sitting here totally out of puff

Off to set timer for 15 mins to clear up kitchen

various phone calls
washed up
cleared the kitchen worktop (been on my list for two weeks!)

DD is asleep she is not herself. Just about to get her up then we are making gingerbread people.

Just having myfirst cup of coffee of day at pool. Did SIX laps, that's 150m in 12 mins. Then out exhausted. Don't think I've quite surrendered yet to pool experience like you Sagacious!
Been to work (luckily kids doing Sats so just peaceful tidying of shelves
Taken something to dump en route too.

Home to reboot before pickup.

Evening. Just popping in before I drop dd1 at airport.

Had a lovely day. At park with girls in the morning then sunbathing in garden this afternoon! Had gorgeous dinner - sausage casserole with loads of veg and carrot mash. Good, simple food yum.

House still ok. Will need to hoover and dust tomorrow though. Am in agony from wii

Evening all

Boys are being monsters for the last hour - hmm. DH is in a stop as I told him to put them in time out and he put them in the same room - what planet is he on

Not a lot in the house done, but loads of errands and shopping for the week done.

I am letting DH put them in the PJ's as I fear I may lose my temper.

I am going to have a shower and an early night - hopefully no cramp tonight - I had it again last night This time I walked round the house, my mum thought that we had a ghost.

We've had a lovely afternoon at home, not quite Stepford issue though..Dcs are arguing over their violin technique,just had roast chicken with roast potatoes (it was about to go off so dh will have the fish) Dd planted some carrots in a rice pudding tin, and an old plastic jug (run out of pots)
Everything is very untidy still, but at least I did the hoovering underneath it all and loads of laundry and bed making. And still feel energised by that swim!
I've decided the secret is to tidy up a bit, but not to mind the mess!
Also trying to desensitise the whole "dh coming home to untidy house" business, he says he doesn't mind the mess he just wants everyone to be in a good mood, so trying to keep a calm atmosphere rather than stressing about washing up tea..which is my usual mode.

Also managed to plant a few more pots of veg uup before pickup.

Just wizzing by to say 'HI'. Been a tad busy the last couple of days so this is my 1st chance to have some MN time.

Strangely all is well in Grouchyland ATM. DS behaving, DH has been paid ( YAY!) and Boris is giving me a break (!!!!)

Tomorrow it's OT gym session with PFB, off to work then a dash to collect the veg box, school run, snack then rugby training.

I've missed you all BTW, Grouchy love to all
