I have ignored my list and decided since I hadn't done a practice run of chocolate cake for dd1s cake I should do that so, I'm just waiting on it cooling to see if it was a success (smells good anyway)

Flame how are doing without your pills?

alicecrail · 26/04/2009 17:19

Good afternoon slatterns
All of us are completely knackered today. DD and i have had a busy week and she is teething (again!) Dh was on call last night so had to go out at 9pm, 12am and 5am and the 5am one woke all of us up and then dd decided to get up at 6.30. It doesn't sound that bad but you know how some nights you are just desperate for a good nights sleep.
Anyway, today i have done:
Put washload on
Dried washing
Done a bit of gardening
Been to the park
Waitrose shop
Fell asleep on the sofa
Fed and skipped out horses
Sorted out all recipe cards into new folder
Dealt with a grumpy toddler all day

And now Dh is cooking roast chicken mmmm...

How's the new coffee machine FAQ? DP forgot to empty ours before we went away so it was nicely full of mould when we got back and he is definitely in charge of cleaning it now.
