Hello Ladies

Sorry, I am feeling a bit sorry for myself, this is defo not hat me or DH were expecting. I am seeing the consultant on Thursday depending on drains. That is also the issue it seems like I will never get down to 30ml. 97 and 80 ml this am and it looks and feels as full this evening

So I am truly sorry.

DH is managing really well, he has done all the washing, made bolegnease and tidied up (a wee bit) today

He is also playing with the boys loads, which he really enjoys and would rather do that than clean

evening all sorry I didn't manage to pop in at lunch, work was a bit frantic today (yay - yes I know I'm nuts but I like to be busy)

mad I'm sorry you are having a rough time, and you have nothing to be sorry for, we are all here for you, lean on us as much as you need - and you know that Grouchy and I would love to come and visit you and I'm sure that we could help Mr Mad out a bit whilst we were there. Can you afford to get a cleaner in for an hour a week or send the washing/ironing out, just for a few weeks until the worst of it passes. It might be worth putting an add in the post office window if you can afford it.

dyls congratulations on a brilliant result

grouchy fingers crossed for dh's job interview

hello to everyone else

Rubes - no not really, me and DH have had a good discussiuon this evening and he thinks that I have not been too self pitying - he he he

He also agrees that we would both rather something right for the long term rather than this

Evening

Just dropping in while I have a quick minute - I miss everyone!

I'm working 3 days a week and doing a day volunteering at the school. Thank goodness FLYing has got me into good habits or the place would fall apart! (it is looking a little frayed but is OK...)

I mostly wanted to check up on TMH. Lots of love to you Mads, hope you feel brighter soon x x

to all

Grownups a bit snappy this evening alas; DH has had a dreadful day at work. He's off to Milan for a business trip on Wednesday. Children went straight to sleep after short burst of attention seeking so that's good. Ds2 refused to read his reading book point blank, then read a more difficult home book word perfectly, incontinent genius (or memory man) that he is.

Well done, Dylsmum, that's wonderful news about the essay.

TMH, it's nice to hear that your boys are having such a great time playing with your DH. My DH was a bit like that too when I was laid up - I always felt they were having a lovely time (just a different time than they might have had with me).
Were you told that recovery would be much quicker than it has been?
Anyway, hope you aren't reading this but getting some sleep.

Wolf, you sound in good spirits.
Scatty, I'm glad there is some hopeful news about your stepmother.
