Enjoy Korma.....I was sold on the demo. My DH would call the demonstration video 'wife porn'

i bought this last week and still need to experiment with it, for some reason the kids arent making as much mess as they normally do.

MadameCastafiore · 01/03/2009 18:56

OMG - I watched the video - won't have to have sex with DH tonight now - this will suffice!

ive used it few times now and it can be a bit annoying. after you have hoovered, when you flip over to use the mop side, it just spreads out the dirt that got caught on the pad whilst hoovering.

Rollmops · 05/03/2009 10:32

I am in looove with this cleaning impliment!!!!
(There's always a first according to DH...[hmmm].)
I remove the mop when hoovering, takes precicely 2 seconds :-))))
Fantastic gadget, bless......

2pt4kids · 05/03/2009 10:38

Just ordered one - looks like exactly what I need for my kitchen floor!
Thanks

babypringle · 05/03/2009 10:48

Does anyone have the carpet cleaner? Would you recommend it?

Galava · 05/03/2009 11:12

do you have to replace the bags ? are they easily found ?

ponders ordering one ....

Rollmops · 05/03/2009 15:08

DTs think that the whoozie thing Mummy is wheeling around is great fun and have started dropping bread etc. crumbs on it's way in manner of Hansel and Gretchel....

cilitbang · 11/03/2009 14:31

Glad you all like! They've removed the offer early so looks like we weren't the only ones to order! mine arrive on Monday - love it and my Quickwash (still available on offer) is fabulous, its basically new so I'm over the moon, its done a fab job on a large rug and carpet in front room, dirty water at end was ing. A bonus was the fact that they sent me 5 large bottles of cleaning formula with my Quickwash, which would have set me back £50 to buy, considering that the machine was £39 inclusive of delivery, I would say that that is pretty good value!

Cilit - thinking of ordering the carpet cleaner.

Can you tell me, were your carpets really dirty and how long did they take to dry.

cilitbang · 11/03/2009 16:10

No, they weren't that dirty, I hoover daily with a dyson and the front room carpet is just over 6 months old, but we do have a doggie and 2 messy toddlers, so hence the grime that it brought up. I would recommend it, I guess its designed to be used regularly (like every 1-3months). Its so light, I can easily lift with one arm. Its not an industrial cleaner type so if your carpets are absolutely filthy you may have to use a few times in a row, once a week or more for the first few times but then you can keep them clean with a blast every few months. The carpet was dry in around 3 hours! Which I thought was great!

By the way, the above post is in relation to sb6699's question about the carpet cleaner - the Quickwash.

sb6699 · 11/03/2009 17:21

Thanks. My carpets arent that bad but we live semi-rural so the dirt builds up pretty quickly!
