Swan thanks for asking about the viewing. We went today. The owners are on holiday so the sister was there. She just let us look round by ourselves. I think we really liked it! We are going to sit down and discuss it when i've tidied the kitchen in a bit, but I think we'll probably offer on it. it was much bigger in real life than the pictures suggested, and we can squeeze a table in the kitchen by jigging stuff around, and the conservatory is bigger than it looks. Garden smallish but fine really. I am being realistic and weighing up the fact that we can stay in this house forever and be happy, it's a good sized house in a lovely spot, nice and quiet and only ten minutes walk into town. And we can't have the ideal. We could wait another year til prices have gone down further but i'm fed up of being unhappy and pouring £££ down the drain renting!

evening all, boy am I glad to be home. My brain is fried and I have had a nightmare journey home - set off at 12.40, got to mum's at 7pm urgh!
On the plus side it was absolutely lovely to see ds and he had made a picture for me with lots of london related stickers on it plus DP is treating me to a takeaway curry as a treat, I haven't had anything since breakfast due to transport nightmare and I am starving.
I have a day off tomorrow so I'll see you then
