I know lots of you fly but has anyone used the S.H.E. method?

I have tried to Fly more times than BA and just can't seem to do it. Jut wondered if anyone uses SHE method. Have just read the book and I am going to give it a go.

here Found it through Fly Lady. Their website isn't great but I quite like the book.
