mission

Mads mission is to make Reindeer dust/food with the children.

Oats and glitter or if there are little beaties about oats nd sugar coloured with food colouring. You can add the following poem to the bag:

Sprinkle this reindeer food outside tonight.
The moonlight will make it sparkle bright.
As the reindeer fly and roam.
This will guide them to your home.

i picked dc up early from nursery. ds promptly asked is he back in in the next holidays- he's had a good day in with the littlies!! all that worry for nothing. your right jas he enjoyed it. staff said he has been helping out with the smaller children helping them to make things and stuff.

dropped ds at his dads house he's staying the night.
dd is making me my millionth cup of tea in her lovely new teaset for her friend.
she had loads of cards to open from nursery when she got back. which she loved but keeps asking where the one from Alex is! there wasnt one there form an ALex she says its her boyfriend.

swanriver my essay is compare and contrast Early years education and care between englan and spain. i have as much info as i need on each (i think) just need to compare and contrast it now... unless i get a sudden energy rush tonight i don't think it will be finished this side of christmas - will have to wait until new year.

Luda love your elves idea, if ds wasnt so old i'd adopt that one. he may think i'm barmey if i start it now. hope it helps get yours to bed.

i need to get dd to bed then put all the remaining toys in the living room away and start organising things.
we are out tomorrow take my nan to the shops, then off to see santa on the trains. then all the usual preperations when we get back.
so may not make it back on until after the big day

Evening all

I have a little bit of wrapping to do and then get all sorted.

DH is working too, so I will be here as usual, but he is due home before 4, so DS1 and I can go to the crib service

He is then going to sort out all the veg etc.

I am shattered, so hoping for an early and full nights sleep (not likley)

MERRY CHRISTMAS my wonderdul fly friends. I want to thank you all for being here for me during thick and think and all the trials and tribulations on the year. Thank you so much

Hello all, been so hectic today haven't managed to get on. Never mind, you all seem to have parallel lists to me anyway!

I will be here as usual tomorrow hopefully. I am baking right now with ONLY ONE BLOODY OVEN SHELF it is taking quite some time. two trays of mince pies done, one tray of cinammon shortbread and a swiss roll to go

Merry Christmas to anyone I don't see around tomorrow

swanriver · 23/12/2008 23:27

DONE
Made Fish pie for family party tomorrow
Delivered two batches of presents
Nipped into Tesco's at 9.45pm, deserted! Bought some final veg. But No RED CABBAGE. Perhaps everyone round here is having roast goose for xmas lunch (we're not..)

Still in hall waiting for a home - where are all these things to go? I need a larder.

Now 3/4 an hour of IRONING. I'm not going to shine sink, but just iron, or it will never ever get done, possibly until next Christmas.
