a challenge- cream fabric armchair, was in the kids room, variety of stains...

Just moved a cream armchair that was in the kids room...to the lounge. It is lurking there now like some dissolute relative, covered in vaguely worrying stains. Where do I start?

I suggest Rug Doctor, hired from B&Q, great for getting out stains on upholstery and carpet alike!

Recently a Rug Doctor got black sick, (yes eww I know) out of our cream sofa)

I have now an image of a mop headed type thing that is a dr and gets muck out ... going for a lye down
